What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services such as annual cleanings for all propane, oil, and A/C systems as well as installations and replacements of these systems on a residential and commercial level. This includes furnaces, boilers, water heaters, mini-split systems, ducted systems, and heat-pump systems. We are fully certified to install, repair, and clean each for residential and commercial customers.
Additionally we are a certified contractor and participate in New York State’s Clean Heat Program. This allows you rebates for installation of clean, efficient, heat pump systems through any New York State energy provider! See the links below for more information:
Do you warranty your work?

With every installation we ensure the highest quality of work and product. However, in the case that something does go wrong, we have you covered. We offer a full year warranty on our labor on any system we install. This does not include the warranty of the product itself which may be longer depending on the manufacturer. We will walk you through this every step of the way.
Are you insured?

Yes! Whether we are a sub-contractor on a new build or working with you personally, we are fully insured and contribute to NYS Compensation for our workers as well. We ensure a safe environment, however, we are covered in case of any incident.

What payment methods do you accept?

It depends on what you’re looking for! For simple repairs and cleanings, you can reach us anytime via our contact page, email, phone call, or social media. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day. If you’re building a new home/business or are looking to replace a system, we will come out to make an assessment free of charge! From there, we send you a free estimate and discuss all options that may be right for you.
When it comes to general repairs and cleaning services, we accept payment in the form of cash, check, credit card, and debit card. You have the option to complete payments online when the invoice is emailed to you!
For larger installation work, we accept the previous methods of payment and also offer financing through affirm. 50% of the estimated bill is due upon scheduling with the remaining billed when the installation is completed.
